Davis approves!

"Hey mom, i love my Maryland (his name for our new house!) Can I go to bed at Maryland tonight?." This sums it up....the kids love it! (don't worry grandparents....they miss you LOTS and we talk about you LOTS!!!!)
We have finally arrived and are loving our new home so far. Shane did great...I was a little nervous as we drove up! I had only seen about five pictures of our house and he couldn't remember any details as far as closets, etc. So, he did great! It's so beautiful. We arrived Friday night after a loooong 2 days of driving. The kids were amazing. They held it together until the last two hours when we were all at the end of our ropes. Jake & Shane got everything unloaded and the kids got to bed about midnight! The rest of the weekend we spent unpacking and visiting the local beaches. More details on our favorite spots later... There is so much to fill you in on! It's very quiet here and not a lot of children. There is a fabulous park and we are usually the only visitors. My task next week is to find out about preschools, story hours, etc. to help us meet some new folks! We are hoping to visit a new church and go to the Delmarva State Fair this weekend so that should be fun. If you're interested, I posted a lot of pictures. http://photos1.walmart.com/thumbnailshare/AlbumID=788067004/a=9556792/
I'm going to do some more posting later...and add pictures!

  2. Jenn, these pics are wonderful. Looks like you guys are doing great. It was super to hear from you Wed. morning. I love to think of you guys waking up and saying "what should we do today?" and the first response being "lets go to the beach!" love it!
Love Carson's designated potty place...guess she just loves big brother so much! The prince & princess of Maryland are the cutest royalty I've ever seen. I hope you're continuing to settle in and find some story hours and other moms to hang with. We miss you guys, but love hearing about your adventures!

One more thing (and I'm guilty of it too)...try to teach Davis or Shane to use the camera...then maybe we'll get to see you every now and then!
