...he amazes me every minute of everyday!

I love really good acoustic music...especially when it's live. This weekend we ate at this neat restaurant downtown Berlin called the Globe. Cute, cute atmosphere and really good live music. After we ate dinner, the kids and I walked next door so we could see & hear the music up close. It was a local couple just playing away for a small crowd. I look down and my sweet son is tapping his foot to the beat...his left foot i might add.....and clapping as if he knew every beat and note in the song. I had huge tears...not because he could do those things physically, but because he was in the moment and loving the music like I do. He-was-so-HAPPY! I am not sure I'll ever forget that mental picture. Sounds so silly, but one thing i hope for is that my kids love music as much as we do......and it looks like we're headed in the right path. Even a few of the tables noticed his rhythm & the happiness that went along with it. Ahhhhhh.......just makes me so happy. I hope I'll have my camera the next time! :-)
