The kids had a mighty big treat while I was away with my girlfriends....mimi & papa came to enjoy several days with them! I'm sure shane appreciated the help as well. Their week was packed with a trip to the beach, the zoo, birthday shopping at Toys-r-us, and we all spent a great day at the Harbor in Baltimore. Our flights worked out just perfect so that we could spend some time together. The kids adore their mimi and papa and it was so fun to show them around their new home away from home... Davis is loving his new birthday bike! Thank you! :-) We hated to see them head back to Georgia, but we know our trip home is just around the corner.
I'm sure they were sufficiently spoiled...just as Jack was this past weekend with the Garretts. So thankful for grandparents that remember getaways are good for the soul.
