On wednesday night, I finally returned home from an amazing trip to Portland with some of my favorite friends. It was truly perfect...more pictures and details to come!! Anyhoo, my beloved husband had a card & gift waiting on me when I got home. The card was sweet...thanking me for all I do for the kids, etc. But, the gift was just perfect. "Neo-to-go!" and he said it was from one stay-at-home parent to another. Thought it was very appropriate. I think they had a blast and bonded even more, but glad to have mama home too. It was so nice for me to be away for a bit with my girlfriends and just be "me" for a while. So nice to be home again too...
so cute, so thoughtful...that's how hubbies are, I think.
