Shane's adorable grandmother turns 89 today! We were able to call & sing Happy Birthday to her, but so wish we could give her a big birthday hug.
I'm sure she's missing her best friend and husband of 69 years today. Papa liked to make her feel special and was so good about protecting her. She has several fun events going on these next few days to keep this birthday girl busy!
The kids love going to Mema's house. She offers great hugs, yummy chocolate, and good laughs. We love her company and can't wait to get back home and visit her.
