Everytime I think about this song (and sing it one million times a day with Carson), I think about our favorite music teacher, miss Tiffany. Not only is she completely adorable, but she is fun and can sing like a rockstar. She is a mom of two and teaches Wee Little Singers classes part time. WE LOVE HER! This song happens to be Carson's favorite. She loves to rock back and forth and say the "my friends" part while stabbing herself in the chest! ha! It's really cute though.
This morning I brought my camera along. The little people joined us this week so it was even more interesting. Miss Tiffany asked the kids if they loved their homes. It got really quiet and Davis shouted, "I really like my Georgia home the best." It was adorable and everyone chuckled, and I held back the tears. It was so sweet. We've been gone for a while now, but my sweet boy still knows 100% where his heart is.
my kids totally get that God wants us to "bloom where we're planted!"....but don't think for a second that their hearts aren't in North GA....
ReplyDeleteThat is really sweet. Often Haleigh says she misses Statesboro but this is our first home that we have built together so I want her to love this one. "home" means so many wonderful things. Hope ya'll are doing well.
