This happens to be sister's favorite song. Every single night before bed...or when she gets in trouble and she is trying to win my heart, she says, "mama..sunshine...peas." And then she curls up in my lap and we sing away. I love this time with her. This girl has me hooked. I love her incredibly fun spirit. I love that she loves to give a "kiss too." I love that she isn't afraid to give the annoying mother at storyhour dirty looks. Ok, that's bad but it's true. She is truly my sunshine.
