My 4 favorite memories of living in Maryland...
1. Walking to the mailboxes everyday. The kids would squeal when they had a package or letter. Davis on his bike & sister in the stroller. Davis always tried to beat us there. Carson loved talking to me during that ride. We looked for kitty cats and forced our neighbors to speak to us & even managed to get a few smiles.
2. Beach days. Just relaxing days where we had absolutely nowhere to be. We would sometimes skip naps & eat sandwiches out there. Building sandcastles and just enjoying each other. Most of the time it was quiet, which i loved. Such a good time out for everybody.
3. Visiting the mall & neighborhood pool. The kids would go bananas and act like they were at Disneyworld. They had never been to a public pool and only the mall a handful of times.
4. Riding in the car with the four of us at night. After dinner, errands, or whatever. Laughing (sometimes at the little ones..) and making up silly games. Shane is a sucker for ice cream or reeces pieces too...the kids talked him into it almost every trip out.
